Zack-man
It's been awhile. Here's a pic of our boy at the Labor Day block party. Currently he's Batman-obsessed. However, he insists he wants to cut to holes in a sheet for Halloween and be a ghost. Or maybe a construction worker. Or maybe Darth Vader (though he's never seen Star Wars.) Keep in mind, his favorite day-to-day costume is his pink tutu (a hand-me-down from the BOYS next door.) It's hard work, this raising of the next sensitive, new-aged generation.
I have a whole collection of Zack quotes I've been saving, and will post them later. Here's my favorite story of late, though.
Zack announced one day that he needed a Band-Aid. I sent him to the bathroom and told him where to look. After a sufficient amount of ominous silence, I called to him from the kitchen to see what was up. He responded that he had found a BIG band-aid! I figured it was one of those knee-sized ones. Then he wandered into the kitchen and I discovered that his BIG band-aid was actually a maxi-thin. He had removed the adhesive strip and was trying to put it on.
Zack is doing Yoga at school. The other day he demonstrated how to "Inhale and outhale."
